Join storyteller and puppeteer Scottie Rowell for a cozy afternoon of winter stories and crafts for all ages!
Gather the family for ‘Cardboard Solstice Show,’ a cozy celebration of tales and traditions from around the world. This interactive performance by artist, Scottie Rowell brings the magic of winter to life through captivating stories, music, and puppetry, inviting everyone to welcome the season together with community, warmth, and wonder. Arrive at 2pm before the show starts to decorate mini holiday wreaths!
- 2pm-2:30pm: Crafting Time! Join us before the show starts to create your own mini-holiday wreaths.
- 2:30pm-3:30pm: Cardboard Solstice Show with puppets and more.
- 3:30pm-4:00pm: Attendees are welcome to resume working on their crafts after the show.
The Bakery Atlanta's kids and youth programs are free now until the end of the year! We encourage you to make donation with your RSVP - donations help fuel their art programs!

🚪The secondary entrance is through a residential courtyard. Enter through the black metal gate on the side of the Otto's building from the parking lot (at N. Highland and Blue Ridge). Be quiet when leaving events this way after dark as this is a residential courtyard. Note this entrance has a few stairs.

🚗Nearby Parking and Prices:
- Limited Parking spots in front of The Shops at Otto's on N. Highland Ave. Must register with ParkMobile. Free for 1 hr before 6pm. Paid after 6pm. (Zone# 3241)
- Small lot beside Otto’s Apartment Hotel at N. Highland and Blue Ridge. Must register with ParkMobile. (Zone# 3240). Do not park in 'resident only' spots.
- Public lot at N. Highland and Ponce (behind and in front of Plaza Theatre). "Scan to Pay" signs. Mon-Sat: 7am-10pm. Free for 15 min. $5 for 1hr, +$1 for each added.
- Six story deck at 675 N. Highland Ave. $5-$6 for up to 2hr, +$1 for each hr added. $14 daily max.
