The Supermarket Internship Program is a year-round paid cohort program for students, recent graduates, and career changers!
Interns learn how the full organization operates, including front-of-house, events, and administrative work, and may grow into a full-time position post-completion of the program based on performance, initiative, and capacity.
- 3-month program with quarterly cohorts.
- Interns join within a flexible start window aligned to each cohort period. Cohorts start in March, May, August, and December.
Applications for the 2026 Summer Cohort are open and close on
May 15, 2026. Applications for Fall, Winter, and Spring are open and rolling.
Summer Cohort: May 15th-August 30th
Fall Cohort: August 15th-December 15th
Winter Cohort: December 1st-March 15th
Spring Cohort: March 1st-May 30th
