Mother's Day Floral Design Workshop

Join us on Sunday, May 10 from 12pm-2pm for a special Mother's Day themed Floral Design Workshop with Esther's Flowers!

Enjoy a memorable afternoon with Mom as you learn to create and beautifully wrap your own flower bouquet. Guided by local Atlanta florist Esther Berkowitz, you’ll explore the principles of floral design through a step-by-step, hands-on experience.

During the workshop, you'll learn the basics of cut flower care, including how to source, condition, and prep your flowers. You’ll also be introduced to key design concepts such as balance and value, helping you create stunning arrangements with confidence.

Choose from a variety of seasonal and unique flowers and learn how to build an arrangement in your hands. To finish, you’ll learn how to fold floral paper and wrap your bouquet, tying it off with a ribbon. Leave with beautiful blooms and the skills to create beautiful arrangements at home.

🚪Our secondary entrance is through a residential courtyard. Enter through the black metal gate on the side of the Otto's building from the parking lot (at N. Highland and Blue Ridge). Be quiet when leaving events this way after dark as this is a residential courtyard. Note this entrance has a few stairs.

🚗 Nearby Parking and Prices:

• Limited Parking spots in front of The Shops at Otto's on N. Highland Ave. Must register with ParkMobile. Free for 1 hr before 6pm. Paid after 6pm. (Zone# 3241)
• Small lot beside Otto’s Apartment Hotel at N. Highland and Blue Ridge. Must register with ParkMobile. (Zone# 3240). Do not park in 'resident only' spots.
• Public lot at N. Highland and Ponce (behind and in front of Plaza Theatre). "Scan to Pay" signs. Mon-Sat: 7am-10pm. Free for 15 min. $5 for 1hr, +$1 for each added.
• Six story deck at 675 N. Highland Ave. $5-$6 for up to 2hr, +$1 for each hr added. $14 daily max.
